If you get an error message, it can sometimes help to delete the browser history.
When you use the browser to surf the Internet, information is stored such as which websites you have visited, what you have downloaded and your saved passwords. You yourself have control over this data.
Some users may experience problems with our systems if they use Internet Explorer or Safari.
therefore we recommend Chrome, Firefox or Egde when using our tools.
How to clear browser data for all visited websites in the various browsers:

Chrome:
- Click on the top right of Chrome.
- Click More Tools > Clear Log.
- Select the types of information you want to remove in the dialogue that opens.
- Use the menu at the top to choose how much data you want to delete.
- Select the dawn of time to delete everything.
- Click Clear Browsing Data.

Firefox:

Open the Firefox mobile app.

Tap the three dots in the right corner.

Select History.

You’ll see a list of recently viewed websites. Tap Delete history at the top of the screen.

A warning pop-up will appear. Tap Delete.

You’re all set.

Microsoft Edge:
- Open Microsoft Edge.
- Click the three dots on the right side of the web address field.
- Click History (next to the clock-arrow icon).
- Select Clear browsing data at the top.
- Keep the box for Browsing history checked, then click Clear now.
